  • जमीन पर बैठें।
  • अब दोनों पैरों को आगे फैलाएं।
  • बायां पांव इस प्रकार मोड़ें कि एड़ी कूल्हेध के किनारे से स्पपर्श कर रही हो।
  • दायां पैर जमीन पर बाएं घुटने के निकट रखें।
  • बाईं बांह को दाएं घुटने के ऊपर रखें तथा दाएं पैर के पंजे को बाएं हाथ से पकड़ लें।
  • दाईं बांह को कमर की ओर से ले जाकर पीठ के पीछे ले जाएं और पीछे से नाभि स्पकर्श करने का प्रयास करें।
  • अपना सिर दाईं ओर घुमाएं और पीछे की ओर देखने का प्रयास करें।
  • जब पीछे देखते हैं तो सांस छोड़ते हुए देखें।
  • अपने हिसाब से आसन को बनाएं रखें।
  • यह आधा चक्र हुआ।
  • इसी क्रिया को दूसरी तरफ से दोहराएं।
  • अब एक चक्र हुआ।
  • इस तरह से तीन से पांच चक्र करें।

2. Halasana Yoga

3. Bhujangasan (bhujangasana)

4. Makarasana

Macrasson is counted on the back of the abdomen and is done in the rugs. In the last state of this posture, the shape of our body appears like a crocodile, hence it is called Makrashan. From Macrasson where asthma and respiratory disorders are eliminated, it is a panacea in the back pain.
